Community involvement and giving back is vital.
Our Employees
- The majority of our employees are local high school and college students new to the workforce. We have a business model that we want to develop good young people for our community and give them a place to develop skills that will help them later in life. We want to do our part in making a better community through action.

Future Sports Complex
- A portion of Southpaw's profits goes to a fund dedicated to building a youth baseball complex. Plans include miniature replicas of Baltimore's Camden Yards, Boston's Fenway Park, Wrigley Field in Chicago and Yankee Stadium.
